Monday night is the one night of the week we actually sit down to watch TV. However, through the wonderful world of technology, we have DVR'd our shows so we can sit back and watch TV the way it was meant to be... commercial free. I finished the morning crossword puzzle very easily this morning and I had a delicious dinner of lasagna and salad.

I started reading your blog and just a few notes on some past issues.
I know and worked with a Mark Johnson and he is a freind. To lump him in with bad meterorologists is just not right. But I know what you mean.
There are only two channels I watch on cable TV: TCM and IFC.
Commercial free and nothing but movies. No daily drama, no depressing news, and no Dr. Phil!
And one other thing I have noticed is you are happy when you are eating but have some issues when you are in the bathroom. Just kidding. B
Good thing you don't watch Mark Johnson in the bathroom.
