Ok, we all know that there is nothing worse than finishing a dump to find no toilet paper on the holder. However... I have recently found another just as irritating. People who use the paper down to the last few sheets... and instead of finishing off the roll, they just open a new roll and set it on top of the old one. Maybe its just me, but I don't get it. When they are at home, do they do the same thing? Or is it just because they know someone else will do it for them?
By the way... the same rule should apply to the paper towel holder
And is it just me... over is always better than under. I have obsessive compulsive when it comes to this. Whenever I see a roll that is under, I have to switch it to over. It just flows so much more easily that way.
