2010 has got to be better than 2009, right? For starters, its an even year, so its already got that going for it. Secondly, i don't think it could be any less memorable than 2009. I'm starting the year with something new... a 3-week Detox program, guaranteed to rid the body of all harmful waste. January 9th our new gym Lifetime Fitness opens up, and there is nothing that will motivate me more to workout than to pay for it. Its gonna be pretty cool, already looking forward to it. Remember last year when I lost all that weight and was feeling super good? yeah, well that all went to shit and I slid back to where I began, so its back to square 1. Which is why I have taken to the last 3 weeks to eat all of the unhealthy stuff I can find before the new year; Culminating tomo with a Tucky's Hot Dog challenge (5 loaded hot dogs in 5 minutes). The ultimate goal is to not weigh over 190 lbs by my 30th birthday. For those of you wondering (and please refrain from laughing... or vomiting) that's 24 lbs in 10 months. Very possible, considering that I did it last year, I just completely stopped around June. Well not this time Martha baby, the J-train is on a mission.
Oh, and I'm sure most of you already know I'm coaching JV Baseball at the high school. I'll keep ya'll updated as the season unfolds. Until next post... which I promise will not be 8 months from now
